Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Distribution Support Associate to join our Product Research and Development team in Indianapolis, IN. This team is responsible for providing documentation for clinical trial and compassionate care drugs shipped around the world. They ensure the documentation meets the requirements of the specific country.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Transactional Support

Create receipt and shipping files, and manage transfer of documentation to warehouse personnel. Obtain required documentation from multiple sources including US and OUS Packager Hub/Depot, Shipment of Finished Good Materials (Domestic and International), and carriers and hubs/depots.

  • Order management

Confirm shipments in CTWIN warehouse management and distribution system. Track/confirm/receive Proof of Delivery and Acknowledgement of Receipt.

  • Reporting

Daily Pending Shipments Report Daily Confirmed Shipments Report Daily Outstanding Proof of Delivery Report Oversight Reports

  • Investigator Initiated Trial Reorder Process

Supply planning transfers/Daily transactional support Discuss impact to supplies as needed, based on material usage, temperature excursions, and other instances to make adjustments as directed by the Clinical Trial Supply Planning Organization

  • Data entry into distribution business tools (Planning Receipt, Chrono and Planning Stickering)

Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Transportation knowledge
  • Customs experience is a plus
  • Must be detail oriented
