Program Manager for Change Management

Join Amazon Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) as a Program Manager for Change Management, leading strategic initiatives that transform physical retail spaces in Whole Foods Market locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage store change requests from initial assessment to implementation.
• Develop and optimize change management processes while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Analyze business cases and financial impacts for proposed store modifications.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Design, Construction, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Present recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership.

A typical day involves reviewing proposed store modifications, analyzing business impacts, creating project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring projects, resolving challenges, and developing presentation materials for leadership reviews.

The Retail Growth and Development team creates exceptional shopping experiences through innovative store design and strategic improvements, combining retail expertise with data-driven decision-making.

Basic qualifications:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3+ years of driving process improvements.
• Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or a related field.
