Head of Marketing - AlphaTauri

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for AlphaTauri, a fashion and sports apparel brand. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving and executing our comprehensive marketing strategy, integrating creativity, partnership management, consumer insights, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the brand's marketing strategy, collaborating with the Global Head of AlphaTauri
• Lead and manage a team of marketers
• Manage integrated campaigns, events, and digital marketing efforts
• Analyze financial data and make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation
• Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of senior-level experience in the fashion/sports apparel industry
• At least 3 years of experience managing teams
• Proven track record in establishing and implementing international marketing strategies
• Deep knowledge of fashion, sports trends, and lifestyle market dynamics
• Strong project management, leadership, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
