We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can translate product innovation into revenue by activating one of the industry's largest go-to-market organizations.
About the Role
You will serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring our teams have the messaging, proof points, competitive intelligence, and confidence needed to win in the market.
What You'll Do:
- Develop programs that increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of ZoomInfo Talent Solutions across the broader ZoomInfo go-to-market organization.
- Create and maintain the materials sellers use every day, including battlecards, one-pagers, sales presentations, competitive positioning, discovery guides, customer stories, and solution briefs.
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging that helps both internal teams and external buyers understand the value of ZoomInfo Talent Solutions.
- Lead internal launch readiness efforts for new products, features, and innovations.
- Own competitive intelligence programs and maintain battlecards, objection handling frameworks, and market insights that help sellers compete more effectively.
- Develop customer stories, testimonials, and success narratives that strengthen sales conversations and support go-to-market efforts.

What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market strategy within B2B SaaS
- Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and content development skills
- Experience creating sales enablement assets that drive measurable adoption
- Strong competitive intelligence and market analysis capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional product launches
- Ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
