The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for ensuring the People systems work accurately, efficiently, and easily for employees. This role involves ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, improving on status quo by building new workflows, cleaning up data, and办法 processes less manual and more scalable.

Key responsibilities include leading the design, build, and rollout of new People technology solutions, translating business needs into system requirements, and delivering clean, scalable solutions that improve how we work. Other tasks include building and maintaining integrations between People systems, configuring timekeeping and compliance policies, identifying manual processes and leading automation projects, partnering with stakeholders to redesign People processes, owning change management for system updates and new technology implementations, conducting regular system audits, reconciliations, and testing, and maintaining clear documentation of system configurations, workflows, and policies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR technology roles, preferably in a high-growth or rapidly changing environment. They should have hands-on experience with HRIS configuration, system builds, and end-to-end implementations, familiarity with timekeeping systems and building compliance policies, proficiency in Excel, and excellent organisational and project management skills.
