Merchandiser Lead

The Merchandiser Lead role involves servicing customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, ensuring proper stock levels, display, and rotation at large format retailers. The ideal candidate will support the Merchandising Manager with training and off-day coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Support Merchandisers to maximize service, communications, and engagement
• Complete onboarding of new merchandisers, certify readiness, and ensure adherence to Red Bull merchandising standards
• Act as main merchandising point of contact and communicate with the merchandising team in the absence of the Merchandising Manager
• Ensure Red Bull products are properly rotated and maintained, and equipment is set to current standards
• Maintain records for compliance with internal policy
• Execute and adhere to Red Bull merchandising processes and routines
• Evaluate competitors' activities and communicate with the Merchandising Manager or sales team
• Build, protect, and grow the Red Bull product portfolio
• Establish and maintain relationships with retail managers

Requirements:

• Prior merchandising experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid US Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle for work purposes with minimum insurance coverage
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage

Salary: $21.47 to $23.73 per hour
