Technical Program Manager, Security

As a Technical Program Manager for Security at Anthropic, you'll drive the execution of high-stakes programs spanning security engineering, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning end-to-end security program execution for RSP security readiness
• Leading infrastructure security programs to protect sensitive assets
• Coordinating complex multi-team deployments and making real-time technical trade-off decisions
• Building program structure for emerging security domains and partnering with third-party partners
• Leading stakeholder communication and executive reporting

The ideal candidate will have experience driving cross-functional projects, executing technical programs requiring systems and engineering-level knowledge, and a deep interest in or willingness to learn about cybersecurity or regulatory compliance.

The annual compensation range for this role is $290,000-$365,000 USD.
