Description
Ford Credit is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of internal platforms and digital products. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing UX solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating work on internal platforms or complex digital products, and will be able to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end design for complex workflows, synthesising business logic with user needs, driving strategy through research and innovation, and communicating and advocating for design. The successful candidate will have expertise in internal systems and data, technical delivery and design systems, research synthesis and storytelling, and UX proficiency. A bachelor's degree in user experience, human-computer interaction, interaction design, service design, or digital design-related degree is required, and 5+ years of experience in product or UX design is preferred.
