District Parts & Service Senior Specialist

The District Parts & Service Senior Specialist role is part of the Parts & Service Field Operations group, providing dealer consulting and support to the Honda/Acura dealer network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for an average of 10-11 Honda/Acura Dealers and will work to identify specific gaps between AHM objectives and actual Dealer performance in areas such as Overall Customer Satisfaction, Reduction of Oil Change Time, Honda/Acura Genuine Parts and Accessory sales, and Customer Pay Repair Order growth.

Key accountabilities include:

• Achievement of Assigned Parts & Accessory Objectives
• Achievement of Overall Customer Satisfaction Objectives
• Achievement of Oil Change Service Time of <60 Minutes Honda / <65 Minutes Acura
• Increase % of Dealers Achieving Oil Change Service Time of <60 Minutes Honda / <65 Minutes Acura

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years auto parts and service wholesale and/or retail experience
• Automotive service wholesale and/or retail experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of OEM automotive warranty policies and procedures preferred
