Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide physical therapy to patients of all ages, evaluate and establish treatment plans, and provide documentation for all treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy to patients of all ages
• Develop and implement treatment modalities and procedures
• Provide patient and family education
• Document all treatments and progress

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Current Wisconsin licensure to practice Physical Therapy
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
