Beauty Expert

We are seeking a talented Beauty Expert to join our team at Le Bon Marche in Paris. As a Beauty Expert, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing our products in a creative and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on our products
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their features
• Create a personalized shopping experience for customers, offering makeovers and demonstrations
• Meet and exceed sales targets, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial objectives
• Manage stock levels and merchandise displays, reporting any incidents to your supervisor
• Build strong relationships with our partner and store team

Requirements:

• Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and products
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Dynamic and persuasive approach to sales
• Experience as an artist or makeup artist is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in another language an asset
• Familiarity with social media platforms
