Description
We are seeking a Director, Business Development to support our growing Partner Ecosystem. You will join a high-impact, collaborative partnerships organisation that works closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Product teams to build differentiated joint offerings and go-to-market motions with top-tier partners across the AI and Cloud ecosystem.
In this role, you will forge and lead strategic partnerships with leading infrastructure, cloud and ISVs, with a strong focus on the Data & AI ecosystem. You'll define joint strategies and integrations, drive co-sell motions, and build scalable programs that accelerate revenue and market expansion. You will work cross-functionally to design and execute quarterly business plans with partners and ensure our joint value proposition is clearly understood and adopted across partner GTM teams.
Key responsibilities include building and leading the management of key partnerships, working with partners to develop new and innovative integrations and distribution models, actively participating in the sales cycle for larger opportunities, and proactively building relationships with partner GTM teams.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in roles focused on building and leading partnerships in the Data & AI ecosystem with cloud and ISV partners, a strong understanding of the companies, products, and use cases across AI/ML, cloud, and data, and proven experience leading partnerships with NVIDIA as well as at least one of Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Meta, or Google Cloud.
We offer a competitive salary range of $182,000 to $242,000, a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
