Description
Join the Red Bull Student Marketeers programme, part of the world's most dynamic and influential brand ambassador programme. You'll be part of a team that understands the Red Bull target group and takes care of the brand image and product understanding on campus and in the region. Your role will be to reach new consumers, spark interest among university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on campus.
As a Student Marketeer, you'll have the freedom to work outside of traditional office hours and thrive in a creative atmosphere. You'll be expected to be an ambassador for the brand and product, representing Red Bull in a premium way through daily interactions with consumers and clients.
Key responsibilities include developing a user base by creating positive opportunities for product trials, building brand awareness, and sampling products in the right place at the right time. You'll also be responsible for designing and implementing an innovative, tailored plan for the academic campus, engaging students and bringing the brand to life on campus. Additionally, you'll build strong relationships with key people in the area and maintain the brand's engagement on social media with authentic content.
You'll also work during Red Bull events and supported events to ensure consumers have unforgettable experiences with the brand.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a charismatic, energetic, and positive personality, and the ability to find common ground with people from diverse backgrounds. You should be familiar with campus life, the city, and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and popular spots. You'll need to be able to balance creativity and entrepreneurship with responsibility and initiative. You should be able to work part-time while studying, preferably also willing to work evenings and weekends.
You'll also need to have good relationships with groups and individuals on campus, a desire to acquire and apply new skills, especially in marketing, negotiations, and sales, and a passion for the Red Bull brand and its products.
A student at a higher education institution and fluent in English are required.
You'll have the opportunity to travel occasionally, but no more than 10% of the time.
