Description
The Consumer Direct Analytics team provides analytical support across our direct to consumer sales channels, delivering the reporting, insights, and data models that drive business decisions.
This role partners closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into advanced analytical solutions. The consultant is expected to proactively generate strategic insights, influence decision-making, and clearly communicate findings to both technical teams and executive audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Synthesizing large and complex datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Developing and maintaining data models and dashboards to support business decisions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketing data analytics, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to the core responsibilities, the consultant will also be responsible for:
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes
- Providing training and support to colleagues on data analysis and visualization techniques
