Trainee Inspector

The role of the Trainee Inspector is to ensure all parts are fully inspected and meet customer-specific quality standards before being sent out. You will be trained in all inspection processes to support this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use a Romer Arm and PowerInspect for inspections
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer requirements
• Communicate non-conformances to relevant personnel and record them in the quality management database
• Ensure the inspection department complies with quality management systems and company procedures
• Focus on the cosmetic appearance of panels
• Maintain measuring equipment and a clean working environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure industry
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and written skills
• Ability to meet targets within given time
• Familiarity with common computer applications
• Awareness of health and safety protocols
