The IT Commercial & Digital Lead plays a key role in transforming principles into action for platforms delivering technology-enabled offerings. This role focuses on a customer-first approach by prioritizing business outcomes throughout the end-to-end value chain to maximize value for the customer.

Key responsibilities:

• Represent all IT/Digital efforts supporting the commercial function of the Ruveon business
• Partner with commercial and enterprise stakeholders to identify business needs, technology opportunities, and efficiency levers
• Drive the adoption and effective utilization of artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies
• Shape and enable modern commercial capabilities across areas such as sales, marketing, customer engagement, data insights, and digital platforms
• Foster transparency and lead the total cost of ownership view in decisions
• Coordinate and manage the delivery, rollout, continuous improvement, and lifecycle management of IT services, digital solutions, and commercial platforms

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Demonstrated effectiveness facing a high level of ambiguity with resilience and persistence
• Detailed knowledge in CRM, other digital sales and marketing platforms or corresponding ERP functionality
• Experience identifying, evaluating, and enabling practical artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and emerging technology use cases

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field
• 10+ years of experience preferably in Information Technology with relevant experience and knowledge in Commercial, Marketing or Digital

Salary: $127,200.00 - $190,800.00 per year
