Purchasing Manager

We're seeking a skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team. As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the procurement strategy for indirect goods and services across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, with experience in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. You will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

In this role, you will:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sourcing strategies for assigned indirect spend categories
• Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, including defining requirements with stakeholders, conducting RFx processes, evaluating proposals, and leading complex negotiations with suppliers
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key indirect suppliers
• Partner effectively with internal departments to understand their requirements, align procurement activities with business objectives, and ensure timely and effective delivery of goods and services
• Oversee the creation, review, execution, and management of contracts for indirect goods and services
• Identify, analyze, and pursue opportunities for cost reduction and value improvement across indirect spend categories
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards
