We're seeking a Strategic Planning Senior Specialist to support key business activities and decision-making efforts to improve PS&P system efficiency and achieve established objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading the PS&P Systems Improvement Assignments Team, conducting site visits to PS&P facilities, coordinating Yamagamori-related activities, developing long-term strategic plans, evaluating current KPIs, defining benchmarks and performance metrics, assessing existing processes and workflows, establishing and implementing cross-department best practices, maintaining and updating the PS&P Systems Roadmap, managing and tracking approved PS&P system projects, leading communication and coordination for PS&P Midterm Planning activities, leading and coordinating Topgun quarterly meetings, supporting and delivering training for systems used by PS&P, assessing current organisational systems, reviewing available reporting tools, partnering with ISD and the PS&P systems group, serving as Product Owner for the One Truth PS&P Enterprise Data Analytics Platform project, coordinating training activities, ensuring AI solutions are incorporated throughout system implementation plans, preparing executive-level presentations and status reports for Projects, coordinating and supporting training for PS&P systems, and documenting business requirements, testing activities, and standard operating procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant work experience, 5+ years of experience in the industry or acting as a consultant on major strategic planning projects, sound written and verbal communication skills, ability to leverage cross-departmental contacts, solid planning and organisational skills, aptitude for leading teams, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with Microsoft suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
