Adoption Strategist - India

ElevenLabs is seeking an Adoption Strategist to work remotely in India. The role involves driving adoption of core use cases and identifying new ones for corporate and mid-market customers. The ideal candidate will be genuinely technical, deep in product expertise, and able to build scalable implementation and enablement processes.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver scalable implementation and enablement processes to educate customers on best practices
• Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, focusing on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative
• Audit customer agents' prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps and share recommendations
• Track and drive key adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on reporting capabilities
• Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns
• Engage with external implementation partners and internal teams to unify adoption strategy across the customer journey

Requirements:

• 6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, technical account management, or similar at a technical SaaS or AI-native company
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
• A track record of building adoption-focused programs from the ground up
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think in systems
• Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
• Fluency in English is essential
