Team Manager - Production - Stamping

We're looking for a Team Manager - Production - Stamping to join our team at Ford's Oakville Assembly Complex. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maximizing department effectiveness to improve productivity and quality.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring constant improvement in product quality, plant competitiveness, and total cost structure
• Developing production schedules and managing inventory levels
• Championing constraint analysis and coordinating activities to eliminate production bottlenecks
• Promoting improved department safety metrics and providing resources
• Addressing department Health and Safety concerns and enforcing compliance with government, industry, and corporate standards
• Developing and implementing a training strategy for all team members
• Teaching and providing professional guidance to ensure departmental goals are achieved
• Coordinating resources and activities of the organization to meet the production schedule within budgetary limitations and time constraints

If you have a Bachelor's Degree or Skilled Trades Certificate of Qualification and at least five years of experience in manufacturing, supervisory, and/or engineering and quality roles, we encourage you to apply.
