Procurement Data & Process Developer

We are seeking a Procurement Data & Process Developer to join our Global Data Team in Salzburg. As a key player in this strategic role, you will support senior line managers in developing new processes and features, translating business requirements into functional concepts, and driving digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and document concepts, collecting and deriving business requirements, and aligning them with cross-functional stakeholders
• Manage and track projects independently, ensuring a holistic end-to-end view, highlighting cross-functional dependencies, and aligning business needs with multiple stakeholders
• Prepare and host project meetings and workshops, contributing to steering meetings with senior management
• Manage stakeholder expectations, keeping them informed about project insights and status
• Test implemented solutions, documenting and tracking testing efforts, and introducing new processes to the data quality team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in procurement, SAP ARIBA/SAP MM key user or consultant role
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ARIBA/SAP MM or similar procure-to-pay solutions
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in procurement
• Experience in managing projects and programs
• Strong analytical, solution-oriented, and process-oriented skills
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
