Senior Product Sourcing Engineer

The Senior Product Sourcing Engineer drives strategic supply network development and cost management for Anduril Imaging's electronics.

Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical BOMs, component risk assessments, and alternate component sourcing paths
• Identify and mitigate supply-chain lead-time/sourcing risks, especially for PCBA components
• Ensure scalability of electronics sourcing strategy as multiple product lines scale to full production
• Conduct supplier selection and manage/expand the approved supplier list
• Collaborate with suppliers, design engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
• Ensure AS9100 compliance for production electronics builds
• Coordinate with Anduril HQ's PCBA commodity team to streamline PCBA procurement processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
• 8+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement, or design of electronics
• Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering at component and product level
• Ability to travel 10-25% for vendor on-site visits
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or advanced technical degree
• Experience in sourcing printed circuit boards and subcomponents
• Familiarity with PCBA fabrication and assembly processes, industry quality standards, and high-tech product development

The salary range for this role is $146,000-$194,000 USD per year.
