We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Supply Chain Management team as a Warehouse Inbound Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of goods, including documentation control, inventory management, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming goods, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries
• Coordinate with internal teams, including purchasing and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move goods efficiently
• Perform quality checks on received goods to ensure they meet quality standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or shipping

Requirements:

• Completed education in Logistics or a related field (minimum 3 years)
• Experience in a similar role or industry (pharmaceutical or logistics)
• Strong understanding of GxP regulations and quality systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of German language (written and spoken)
