  • Coordinating with product management, technical program management, product marketing, partner marketing, developer relations, and sales to drive partner readiness, co-marketing execution, launch enablement, and adoption tracking
  • Managing communication across the organization through regular, clear updates on status and decisions needed

What We Need to See

  • 8+ years of project and program management experience in AI software, cloud, developer platform, or enterprise software environment driving software products and solutions launches
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading software launches through SDLC, including planning, development, testing, release readiness, launch, and post-launch follow-through
  • Solid understanding of how product, engineering, marketing, sales, and partner teams coordinate to bring software products to market
  • Experience with partner activation programs, co-marketing launches, or ecosystem go-to-market motions
  • Self-starter who can apply critical thinking alongside hands-on program management in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience in collaborating effectively with diverse teams
  • Solid track record of driving alignment and decisions with senior leaders

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd

  • Familiarity with agentic workflows, generative AI models, inference platforms, APIs, SDKs, or enterprise AI deployment patterns
  • Experience using AI tools to improve program execution, reporting, risk management, or stakeholder communication
  • PMP, Agile, or similar program/project management certification
