FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity.

We are seeking a senior Industrial & Specialty Segment Sales Leader to drive profitable growth across FUCHS Canada’s Industrial and Specialty Lubricants portfolio. This newly created role is central to our segment-based commercial transformation and offers national scope, high autonomy, and direct impact on business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the national commercial strategy for Industrial & Specialty segments
- Own revenue, margin, and EBIT performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a national technical sales team
- Drive value-based selling in complex manufacturing environments
- Support high-value technical applications and customer conversions
- Partner closely with R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Field Technical Services
- Lead strategic pricing, pipeline discipline, and forecast accuracy
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of B2B technical sales experience in industrial lubricants, specialty chemicals, or related fields
- Strong technical expertise in metalworking fluids, forming lubricants, industrial oils, or specialty greases
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Proven success in value-based selling and new business development
- Strong business and financial acumen
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to travel within Canada (primarily Ontario and Quebec) & internationally
- Bilingual English/French is a strong asset
