Sales & Operations Assistant - Intern

As a Sales & Operations Assistant - Intern, you will support the Sales & Operations department in regional market steering, operational reporting, and cross-functional coordination across 28 Central and Eastern European markets. You will work closely with Heads of Region, leadership, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting regional business steering across Central and Eastern European markets
• Preparing management presentations, market analyses, sales reports, and operational summaries for internal decision-making
• Consolidating and structuring market data to support performance tracking, business reviews, and regional follow-up activities
• Assisting with operational market inquiries, including coordination with importer markets, internal departments, and Porsche AG stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining Excel- and Power BI-based reporting tools to improve transparency on market performance, vehicle flows, and operational KPIs
• Assisting in process improvement initiatives by identifying reporting gaps, improving data structure, and supporting more efficient workflows within the Sales & Operations team
• Coordinating information flows between regional management, Heads of Region, importer markets, and internal stakeholders to support efficient daily operations
