Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Encompass Health in Shiloh, Illinois. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide exceptional care and support to our patients, helping them achieve remarkable progress on their rehabilitation journey.

Our Physical Therapist role offers a competitive compensation range of $38.76 - $53.35 per hour, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
