Description
As a Sr. Client Partner at Pinterest, you will develop and grow relationships with strategic and performance-based advertisers in the Mid Market channel. Your primary responsibilities include driving revenue, meeting performance targets, developing new business, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and resolving specific customer issues. By guiding clients' efforts, you'll drive value for millions of Pinners seeking inspiration and action, forming strategic alliances both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activate, retain, and grow partner relationships, ultimately driving Pinterest revenue.
- Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, C-suite, and key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate leadership and a deep understanding of client business goals and industry trends.
- Develop tailored media strategies to drive adoption of Pinterest ads, leveraging strong product and platform knowledge.
- Position Pinterest as a key platform by highlighting ad performance and impact.
- Identify and communicate new growth opportunities to expand client partnerships and drive revenue for Pinterest.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support client marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in digital media sales.
- Tenacious sales professional focused on activation and acquisition, leveraging creativity and resourcefulness, and embodying the 'challenger seller' approach.
- Track record of meeting revenue goals and accurate forecasting.
- Proven experience activating and strengthening long-term partnerships and driving successful negotiations with executive-level business, marketing, and agency leaders.
- Performance-based ad sales background (lower funnel/direct response experience), with strong knowledge of products and platforms.
- Analytical and creative thinker, skilled at turning data and trends into clear strategies and actionable steps for growth, embodying powerful storytelling.
- AI Enthusiast: Demonstrates a strong curiosity for and practical application of AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and elevate client communications, presentations, and recommendations.
- Success working in fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performance environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at building lasting partnerships and collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Capacity to travel for client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
