Senior Financial Analyst - Sales Finance

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales FP&A team based out of our Santa Clara campus. This new role will extend rebate and deal desk activity into the FP&A team.

As an integral member of the team, our organisation's overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest calibre of relevant financial and business analysis that is both insightful and measurable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the company and improving our financial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Finance Business Partner to support WW Sales on pricing and rebates
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Pricing, BU Finance, and Operations teams on driving pricing strategies
• Proactive monitoring of weekly deal flow, highlighting large-impact offers and quotes with atypical pricing or uncommon structures
• Generate rebate forecasts, aligning with Accounting and BU Finance for margin modelling
• Develop key performance measurements and dashboards to measure pricing effectiveness
• Analyse large data sets across multiple platforms and systems with the ability to synthesise the data to draw conclusions, provide business insights, and tell a story through data

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of Finance/Sales Finance/Sales Operations experience, especially with pricing data analytics and modelling, supporting a global, high-tech corporation
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering. MBA a plus
• Expert proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, SAP, SQL, and Tableau applications a plus
• Track record of employing AI tools for data analysis, modelling, and reporting workflows
• World-class analytical skills and advanced financial modelling techniques, with ability to derive and convey business insights
• Ability to define new processes, improve analytics, and influence business decisions
• Eagerness to wear many hats, shifting day-to-day responsibilities as business conditions evolve
• Thorough with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, simultaneously manage several priorities, and challenge the status quo to drive change and operational improvement
