Description
As an Event and Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on internal and external events, as well as participating in various events. You will be accountable for ensuring data quality and data selection according to Porsche standards, in collaboration with the reception and service assistance. You will create and send newsletters and mailings, including selecting recipients. You will be responsible for all printed materials, ordering, and managing POS materials. You will design various print and online media. You will maintain the website and social media channels in consultation with the marketing manager. You will assist in designing and editing the Porsche Times magazine. You will develop and market Porsche Lifestyle and Porsche Accessories campaigns. You will be responsible for the POS appearance in the showroom. You will coordinate services and after-sales campaigns.
What sets you apart?
- Completion of a commercial or equivalent education
- Further education in marketing is beneficial
- Experience in event organization/event execution
- Interest and enthusiasm for the automotive industry
- Experience in customer contact, preferably in the automotive trade
- Strong organizational skills, assertive, open, and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work independently - flexibility in tasks and working hours due to event execution
- Fluent German and very good English skills
