Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our team in Hatboro, Pennsylvania. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
• Verify insurance coverage and secure prior authorizations
• Coordinate physician referrals and optimize schedules
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
• Perform over-the-counter collections and reconcile charges weekly and monthly

Qualifications:

• High school or GED diploma
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare

Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am-4pm; Tuesday and Thursday 10am-6pm

Compensation:

• $18-$20 per hour
