ICUE Test Engineer

We are seeking an ICUE Test Engineer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam. As an ICUE Test Engineer, you will be responsible for performing and recording validation testing across all products involving software, determining whether products meet quality standards, and creating detailed checklists for specific projects.

Responsibilities:

• Complete QA testing for software and firmware
• Compile reports on findings and testing data gathered
• Record testing data and analyze results, and file all issues and concerns in bug tracking software
• Develop product test plans
• Provide recommendations and advice to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of PCs and their various components
• Ability to troubleshoot across multiple platforms
• Experience with test plan creation
• Troubleshooting experience with Windows, Mac, and Phone (installation, repair, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of severity levels, QA processes for software development, and debugging
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Expert skills with gaming and technical products
• Experience with web testing and Qase, Jira
