Praktikum Account Management Black Forest - German speaking (all genders)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team in Black Forest as an intern in Account Management for 6 months. As an integral part of our team, you will support our Account Managers in optimising revenue around their vacation rental portfolio, focusing on upselling and helping hosts achieve their first bookings.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Account Managers in optimising revenue around their vacation rental portfolio (upselling)
• Helping hosts get their first bookings after publishing their apartments
• Focusing on dedicated campaigns to boost the performance of our existing hosts (availability, errors)
• Answering questions from hosts regarding their listings and bookings
• Supporting the team with hosting events

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A background in tourism, business, political science, humanities, social sciences, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven work style with good time management and ownership
• Positive attitude towards new challenges and empathetic personality
• Near-native German and fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
