Job Title: Locksmith

We are seeking a skilled Locksmith to join our team on board our cruise ship. As a Locksmith, you will be responsible for carrying out repair, maintenance and replacement of doors, door locks and related hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out the repair, maintenance and replacement of doors, door locks and related hardware (including passenger suitcases).
• Make new and spare keys.
• Keep inventory on tools and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the FTSO.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• Flag State issued Seaman Book.
• Prior experience at HAL is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years vessel experience.
• STCW – Basic Safety Training certificate (part 4).
• STCW – Familiarization and crowd management training.
• STCW – Security Awareness.
