Parts and Accessories Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Check incoming goods and commission them accordingly for customer orders and workshop business
• Present, advise, and sell Porsche Lifestyle, Porsche Tequipment, and Porsche Classic products
• Monitor stock, inventory, and procurement management
• Plan and organise logistical processes at the Porsche Centre
• First point of contact for customers and handling of customer inquiries via various communication channels
• Dispatch of spare parts and accessories

Requirements:

• Completed training as a logistics clerk, automotive salesperson, or technical training is an advantage. We welcome newcomers.
• Positive attitude, passion for service-oriented work
• Good manners, confident appearance, and well-groomed appearance
• Strong team and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for the Porsche brand
• Independent and meticulous working style
• Reliability and organisational skills
• High quality and punctuality
