Daily Fleet Performance Analyst

In a complex and international operational environment, daily fleet performance is a key driver of service reliability and customer satisfaction.

The Daily Fleet Performance Analyst ensures that all operational performance KPIs accurately reflect actual fleet performance (T15, EC, cancellations, delays, availability, etc.).

The role sits at the heart of coordination between Fleet Management, Engineering, POPEX, Operations teams and depots, providing a shared, reliable and actionable daily performance view and ensuring follow-up of corrective action plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, consistency and visibility of fleet performance KPIs.
• Perform first-level investigation and attribution of in-service delays and incidents (first pass).
• Work closely with Fleet Management, Engineering and POPEX teams.
• Ensure daily and weekly (D+1) consolidation of depot delivery performance.
• Identify root causes of fleet-related delays, defects and unavailability.
• Produce clear and qualitative daily performance reports, including knock-on effects analysis.
• Actively participate in daily and weekly operational meetings with depots.
• Organise and lead REX / RSP meetings to deep dive complex operational situations.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into maintenance management systems.
• Immediately notify stakeholders of any service-critical incidents.
• Support continuous improvement in fleet management and transport plan robustness.

• Strong understanding of fleet and high-speed rolling stock environments.
• Solid knowledge of maintenance and operational constraints.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced operational environment.

Profile

• Degree to be defined (engineering, rail operations, maintenance, or equivalent).
• Required professional experience: to be specified.
