Description
Electronic Arts seeks an ASO Manager to lead App Store Optimization for a flagship EA SPORTS title while contributing to broader initiatives across its mobile portfolio.
The ASO Manager will own the discovery strategy, roadmap, and performance goals for the title, remaining deeply involved in execution and experimentation. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on delivery, including developing and evolving keyword strategies, optimizing store presence, designing conversion experiments, and turning complex data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the ASO strategy for a flagship EA SPORTS title across the App Store and Google Play
- Develop and maintain keyword strategies across branded and non-branded terms
- Design, execute, and evaluate conversion optimization initiatives
- Conduct competitive and category analyses
- Partner with creative, user acquisition, product marketing, and brand teams to develop and optimize store assets
- Forecast the expected impact of ASO initiatives and measure performance against targets
- Share insights, best practices, and learnings across EA's mobile portfolio
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ASO, mobile growth, or app marketplace optimization
- Hands-on experience with ASO platforms such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and experiments simultaneously
- Experience evaluating or optimizing content for AI-driven, generative, or emerging discovery surfaces
The role offers a salary range of:
- $92,900 - $129,200 CAD (British Columbia)
- $104,400 - $157,400 USD (California)
- $99,100 - $129,800 USD (Washington)
