"" The Senior Associate, HR Shared Service, plays a crucial role in applying existing organisational practices and procedures for the administration of human resources functions, encompassing HRIS, compensation, benefits, staffing, and compliance with legal regulations. Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls and service request tickets, executing core HR administrative duties, monitoring HR service KPIs, interpreting HR policies, supporting special HR projects, and maintaining accurate and confidential HR records. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of HR operations within a Shared Service environment, including the classification of employees (Exempt vs. Non-Exempt) to ensure payroll and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related discipline, and at least 2-3 years of work experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year specifically within an HR Shared Service or centralised operations model. You will be proficient in HRIS systems, analytical thinking, and a customer-service-oriented mindset. You will also be required to lift occasionally, and work in a seated position with minimal standing, climbing, or walking. This is a hybrid role, involving occasional travel to the office.
