Staff Software Engineer, GTM Systems

We're hiring a Staff Software Engineer to design and stand up the engineering motions for the GTM Systems team. You will work alongside the team to set the technical bar, architect and mature the engineering pipeline, and establish shared AI-assisted development standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead architecture reviews for GTM systems processing lead-to-cash transactions
• Architect and mature the engineering pipeline, including pull request workflow, CI/CD, and automated UAT
• Establish shared AI-assisted development standards for the team
• Work with engineering teams outside GTM on shared architectural problems and common tooling
• Build and shape the agentic tooling running on top of our platform
• Trace the dependency chain from upstream data and downstream quoting and provisioning systems
• Partner with platform developers on the team as engineering practice deepens

Minimum qualifications:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals: version control discipline, testing, code review, deployment automation
• Experience building the delivery pipeline for a team and describing sequencing choices
• Leadership experience through a step change in engineering practice as the team's scope grew
• Fluency with AI coding tools and agentic development workflows
• Ability to run technical discussions across teams and leave with a decision
• Influence through demonstrated work over positional authority

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with business-critical enterprise platforms where financial correctness and auditability mattered
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms
• Experience building tooling or agents on top of an enterprise system of record
• Experience operating in a company under audit or compliance constraints

The annual compensation range for this role is $320,000-$405,000 USD.
