Technical Product Management

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead process and data optimization for Cross Asset Financing. You will act as a Product Owner in agile teams, translating business requirements into user stories and functional specifications, managing backlogs and roadmaps, and guiding MVP delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and query data (SQL) to support trade capture, reporting, payments, and post-trade
• Design regulatory/business dashboards and uphold data quality, governance, and production stability
• Partner with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to elicit requirements, map processes and data flows, and communicate complex concepts clearly
• Coordinate and execute UAT, secure business sign-offs, and oversee releases to production while tracking KPIs/OKRs and mitigating risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7 years of related work experience, with 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in financial services technology
• Experience in delivering technology solutions or products in financial services or consulting, including process improvement and data optimization
• Experience in transaction lifecycle, querying and managing datasets on Oracle, SQL Server, or equivalent platforms, and performing statistical/trend analysis
