Senior Client Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (Fashion & Apparel)

Reddit is looking for a Senior Client Account Manager to join the Retail vertical of its Large Customer Sales team. The successful candidate will collaborate with Client Partners on campaign execution and optimisation to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on Reddit.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals
• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive year-over-year Reddit revenue growth
• Lead and execute campaign launches, delivering optimisation recommendations to agency and client partners
• Act as primary point of contact for internal account operations, managing revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues
• Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit's value proposition and best practices for advertising on the platform
• Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives, crafting thoughtful media plans with Client Partners
• Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles
• Analyse campaign performance data to develop KPI-driven campaign recommendations
• Proactively seek and represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders
• Shape Reddit's native ads product roadmap by aggregating client feedback and campaign metrics

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management
• Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
• Comfortable with complex problem-solving and data analysis
• Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners
• Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through challenges
• Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel preferred
• BA/BSc degree or equivalent work experience
