Description
As a Site Reliability Operations Analyst, you are the engine behind Palantir deployments. Your responsibilities include crafting, implementing, and executing processes to streamline workflows and reduce friction. You will track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate customer needs to free up engineers to focus on technical problems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working on various types of problems and challenges, such as supporting deployments at large customers and helping with new pilot projects.
- Being the first responder when things go wrong, making the first move to fix issues and asking for help when necessary.
- Crafting and implementing processes to reduce friction and enable team members to focus on their strengths.
- Thinking creatively, working collaboratively, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
