Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Milton location.

As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with complex or chronic conditions
• Certification in a specialized area of physical therapy (e.g. sports medicine, pediatrics)
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
