Junior Consultant

We are looking for a Junior Consultant to actively shape the future of customer experience and create real impact. As a Junior Consultant, you will work with our clients to develop forward-thinking digital strategies to sustainably optimize customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop holistic client consulting and create future-oriented digital strategies to sustainably optimize customer experience
• Drive the topic of (agentic) AI by developing and implementing innovative use cases and accompanying the implementation of AI agents
• Define tailored customer journeys and personas and conduct touchpoint analyses to identify optimization potential
• Translate business requirements into concrete IT solutions and develop proof of concepts
• Design and implement effective IT communication and change strategies to ensure the success of transformation processes
• Take on strategic project management in an agile environment and accompany workshops with our clients from design to execution and moderation
• Support internal sales and acquisition activities, evaluate new technologies and trends, and develop sales stories

Requirements:

• Completed studies in business administration, (business) informatics, or a comparable course of study and initial practical experience, preferably in consulting
• Passion for topics related to IT and AI as well as current trends in customer experience
• Expertise in basic AI technologies and conceptual work
• Your way of working is characterized by communication strength, analytical thinking, and a hands-on mentality
