Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Wilmington location.

As a Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and provide education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapies
• Conduct regular progress assessments to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Delaware
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with a variety of conditions and ages
• Certification in a specialty area, such as sports physical therapy or pediatrics
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
