Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to act as the central coordination point for factory software at the site level. This role requires a strong understanding of production systems and manufacturing workflows, as well as the ability to work across software, infrastructure, and automation domains. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving coordination across production system administration, digital IOT, MES, Controls, robotic automation, and manufacturing test teams. They will also maintain a real-time view of site readiness, risks, and dependencies, and identify integration gaps before they impact production.
This role is a site-level integrator across multiple technical domains, a driver of execution, not a passive coordinator, a translator between production needs and technical teams, and a force multiplier for teams that are otherwise operating in parallel.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating in complex, cross-functional environments, a strong understanding of production systems and manufacturing workflows, and the ability to work across software, infrastructure, and automation domains. They will also be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and have high ownership and bias for action.
In addition to the technical requirements, the successful candidate will be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
The salary range for this role is $111,000-$147,000 USD per year, and highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers.
