We're looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated HR Specialist to join our team in Oslo. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating HR processes throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding. You will also ensure a good candidate experience that reflects the Red Bull brand.
Your tasks will include being a local superuser in our HR systems, ensuring smooth administrative HR processes, documentation, agreements, and system updates. You will also ensure high data quality and prepare reports and insights supporting the HR team and the business. Additionally, you will support leaders and employees with HR-related questions, coordinate salary input against external payroll partners, and identify improvement opportunities and contribute to more efficient HR processes.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals. You will be responsible for analyzing HR data to provide insights that inform business decisions. You will also ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a relevant higher education and experience from HR operations, administration, recruitment, HR systems, payroll, compliance, or similar. You will have good system understanding and the ability to quickly get started with new tools. Experience with HR data, reporting, or process improvement is a plus. You will also need to have knowledge of Norwegian labor law, HMS, or salary processes. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, are essential.
