Job Overview

Join Holidu Hosts Spain S.L.U., a company providing software and services for vacation rental owners, as a Sales Manager in Málaga, Spain. This full-time role involves executing sales strategies, generating sales, and supporting the onboarding of new team members.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies, mostly through cold calling, to determine if Holidu is the right solution for their needs.
• Generate sales by managing all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Monitor activity and track completion of monthly targets.
• Conduct regular business trips to focus regions to gain valuable market insights.
• Support the onboarding process of new team members and share knowledge with other international sales teams at Holidu.
• Help organize events to promote Holidu and build a community of vacation rental owners.

Requirements

• High level of self-motivation and ability to convince vacation rental homeowners through phone and face-to-face interactions.
• Positive mindset towards new challenges and empathic personality for strong interpersonal relationships.
• Solution-driven attitude and ability to work responsibly and organized.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in sales or account management, travel industry, or online business.
• Near-native Spanish skills and fluent English.
• Driver's license.
