Reporting to a Lead Producer, an FC Live Content Curation Producer works closely with the production, product management, art, and quality verification teams to create compelling live content that the EA SPORTS FC player longs for.
The FC Live Content Curation Producer will have a rare mix of strategic knowledge and creative instinct, translating data and ideas into relevant plans that benefit our players. This role requires experience in game production, development, or product management for a live service product, and familiarity with football (soccer) as a sport, including players, teams, and leagues from both the men's and women's game.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating real-world football events into live content ideas/plans on short notice
- Developing live content plans and strategies to implement with the goal of retaining and engaging players
- Working directly in custom tools to create, verify, and publish live content to our players
- Collaborating with Product Management and art teams to coordinate deliverables and ensure the highest quality and success
Requirements include:
- 1+ years of experience working on a live service product
- Demonstrable attention to detail
- Good eye for game quality and advocate for the end-user experience
- Being an avid football (soccer) fan is a huge plus
- Experience with game production tools and Project Management software is a plus
- A knowledge of the Ultimate Team and other core game modes within FC
This is a temporary 12-month position.
