An exciting opportunity to join our Finance team as a Optimisation Analyst, supporting the Finance Optimisation Team. Reporting to the Head of Finance Change you will play a key role in supporting the coordination of change requests, maintaining core Finance processes, and helping drive operational efficiency.

Your core responsibilities include: Supporting the coordination and submission of change requests, working closely with stakeholders and Product teams to help drive delivery and ensure adherence to governance processes. Coordinating and supporting quarterly reviews of the Finance Organisation Hierarchy with key stakeholders and ensuring changes are implemented in a timely and controlled manner. Managing and prioritising the Finance Optimisation inbox, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of queries. Supporting Finance Optimisation Managers by building knowledge of finance processes and Microsoft products to identifying automated solutions that improve efficiency across Finance teams. Supporting data migration activities, including data preparation and validation. Assisting with process improvement initiatives, contributing to efficiency, standardisation, and successful implementation of new processes. Assisting in organising and coordinating regular team meetings, including preparing agendas and presenting updates clearly to support effective communication and alignment across the team. Providing analysis and support across various projects, supporting the Finance Optimisation Team with ad-hoc business requests and enquiries.

Our essential requirements include: Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and use initiative. Proficiency in analysing, summarising, and presenting data. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks. Adaptable with a proactive mindset. Willingness to continuously develop knowledge of automation tools and technologies. Open to learning and training on a range of systems and applications as required.

Desirable skills include exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, experience using the wider Microsoft technology stack, and understanding of finance processes & basic Finance knowledge.
